It helps confirm your identity and ensures you are the person trying to sign in. When signing in, you'll receive a verification code via text message. Once you receive the code, enter the code on the verification page and you'll be able to access your account.
During account setup
When you’re setting up your account online or on the myCricket app, you’ll receive a verification code via text.Once you receive it, enter the code when prompted and complete the steps to finish setting up your account.
During new sign-in
We’ll send a one-time verification code to your Cricket Wireless number whenever you clear your browser cookies, sign in from a new browser or device, sign in with a different ID, or reset your password.
