Phone Numbers
Days Remaining shows how many days of service you have left in your monthly billing cycle. Not only does this remind you when your next payment will be due, but it tells you when your high-speed data allowance will be reset.
To prevent an interruption in service, please pay by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the countdown (day 1). Your new billing cycle starts the following day.
If your account is suspended or in BridgePay, your due date is reflected in the Billing section below.
Usage Summary
Data
When you email, surf the web, or stream video you’re using data.
- After you use your high-speed data allowance, speeds are reduced for the rest of your monthly billing cycle.
- You'll still have data access but some applications may work slower.
- Once you've used all of your allotted data for the month, you will only be able to surf, stream, or send email when connected to Wi-Fi.
- Unused data will not roll over

Mobile Hotspot enables you to use your smartphone to provide wireless Internet access to computers, tablets, or phones. This connecting of devices in order to share Internet access is called tethering. With Cricket’s Mobile Hotspot feature, you can use tethering to connect multiple devices at the same time using Wi-Fi or a USB cable.
- After you use your tethering high-speed data allowance, tethering speeds are reduced for the rest of your monthly billing cycle.
