Want to give someone Cricket cell phone services as a gift? With the Cricket Refill Card, you can.
The Cricket Refill Card is a single-use card. When you redeem the card, the total balance of the Refill Card is added to your Cricket account as a credit and then applied to your account. Any unused portion remains in your account as a credit.
The Cricket Refill Card currently comes in values of $10, $25, $35, $40, $50, and $60. You can redeem the Refill Card when you make a payment via:
- Quick Pay
- The myCricket App
- 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone
- Automated Phone System
- Customer Support
How do I pay with a Cricket Refill Card?
For your convenience, we offer several ways to redeem your Cricket Refill Card:
Quick Pay Online
- Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.
- Enter your phone number.
- Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
- Enter your Refill Card number.
- Check the CAPTCHA box to confirm you are human.
- Select Validate.
- Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
- You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.
The myCricket App
- Open the myCricket App and sign in.
- Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
- Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate. A screen will appear that displays the Refill Card payment amount.
- Tap Submit Payment.
- If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Cricket Refill Card.
- You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.
Note: In the app, you can't make a split payment using a Refill Card and a credit or debit card for the same transaction.
Automated Phone System
- To access the payment system:
- From your Cricket phone, dial *PAY (*729)
- From a landline or non-Cricket phone, call 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538)
- Follow the prompts to complete your Cricket Refill Card payment.

Things to Keep in Mind
The Cricket Refill Card:
- Must be redeemed for the full amount of the card
- Is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
- May be transferred, or given, to another person
- Is good for 12 months from the date of purchase
