What is Quick Pay?

Quick Pay lets you make a payment for a Cricket account securely online without signing into the account.

To use Quick Pay, select Quick Pay from the top navigation. You can pay with a credit, debit, Cricket Refill, or Service Payment Card. If you want to pay with multiple cards, you'll need to make separate payments. Quick Pay does not store your payment information for future use.

How are Quick Pay Payments Applied?

When you use Quick Pay, the payment is applied to your account as a credit. The credit can be used to pay your monthly service charges on your due date.

Can I use Quick Pay For Accounts with Multiple Lines?

Quick Pay payments are applied to the overall account, not to a specific line. Multiple people on the account can use Quick Pay to make one-time payments, but can't apply a payment toward a specific line. If you share payment responsibility on your Cricket account, make sure everyone pays on time to avoid service interruptions. If your account is not paid in full by 11:59 pm Central Time on your due date, all lines on your account will be suspended.

How to Check My Balance

You can check your balance in Chat, or we can text your balance to your phone. Simply enter your Cricket phone number on the Quick Pay page and click on the Get my balance button. You will receive a text message shortly with your balance if the information you provided is correct.

You can also log into Pay Bill or the myCricket App by entering your username and password. On the Account Summary page in the Billing section, your balance will be listed as the Amount Due.

How to Pay with a Credit or Debit Card

1. Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay.
2. Enter the amount you want to pay in the Your Payment field.
3. Enter your credit or debit card information.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Review your payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
6. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

How to Pay with a Cricket Refill Card

1. Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay.
2. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
3. Enter your Refill Card number.
4. Select Validate.
5. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
6. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

How to Pay with a Service Payment Card

1. Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay.
2. Select the blue arrow to the right of Service Payment Card.
3. Enter your card information and the amount you want to pay.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select Review Payment.
6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.
