Cricket Wireless Payment Terms and Conditions

I authorize Cricket Wireless to charge any credit/debit card payments to my credit/debit card(s) on the payment date(s) indicated above. If Cricket Wireless is unable to secure funds from my credit/debit card(s) or my bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in my credit/debit card or bank account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my electronic payment, Cricket Wireless may undertake further collection action, including application of fees to the extent permitted by law. If my Cricket Wireless account balance is less than the amount of my scheduled payment on the day of payment, the scheduled payment will be reduced to match the amount of the Cricket Wireless account balance. A late fee may be applied to my Cricket Wireless account, if I schedule a payment to occur after my due date. Payment cancellation or unsuccessful payment may cause an interruption of my service and additional reactivation fees. You may save and/or print your payment confirmation or download, print, or save your monthly statements.

Reactivation Fee

A $5 reactivation fee applies to payments received 1-29 days past your due date for accounts with one line or $15 for accounts with multiple lines. Pay on your due date to avoid this fee. A $15 reactivation fee applies to payments received 30-59 days past your due date. On the 60thday, your account will be canceled and cannot be reactivated.
