Kristi Turner is Vice President of Channel Operations for Cricket Wireless and AT&T PREPAID. She leads the teams responsible for sales operations, training and communications, the digital experience for Cricket and customer care for both Cricket and AT&T PREPAID.

Since joining AT&T in 1993, Kristi has held positions in sales leadership, sales operations and wireless strategy. Most recently, Kristi served as Vice President and General Manager – Heartland States, AT&T Mobility, where she was responsible for ensuring customer experience, customer and revenue growth, operating income and churn goals were achieved in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.

Kristi earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Furman University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Georgia's Terry School of Business.
