Glenn joined Cricket in 2023 to lead the Network & Engineering team. He and his team are responsible for the entire Cricket network including monitoring performance, driving network projects to maintain and advance Cricket services, and managing the deployment and migration of Cricket customers to the new 5G core and VoNR.

Prior to this role, Glenn held several roles within AT&T including product management and development across broadband and mobility, strategy, and 5G innovation. His team created Holovision, utilizing 5G to virtually connect analysts with NBA players in a life-like display for viewers. This revolutionary concept won an Emmy for 5G Innovation!

Glenn earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.
