If your Apple Watch is not currently connected to another carrier, follow these instructions:
- Set it up for yourself with NumberSync or
- Set it up for a family member with Apple Watch For Kids
If you’re changing carriers:
- Ensure your iPhone is active on an eligible Cricket rate plan
- Open the Watch App on your iPhone
- Tap the My Watch tab
- Tap Cellular
- Your Apple Watch should automatically switch to Cricket Wireless
- You will need to add a new Unlimited Smartwatch Plan by selecting Add a New Plan
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process, including payment of your new Unlimited Smartwatch Plan
- If your previous plan still appears in the Apple Watch app, you can remove it now by selecting Removing (existing carrier) Plan
