It's easy to view and change your Cricket account info on your device or online.
How do I View My Account Info?
Sign in online or download the myCricket App and sign in. You will see the following:
Account Summary
Here you’ll find a brief listing of your amount due and due date, along with any credits on your account. Underneath, you’ll find an overview of the phone numbers on your account and the plans and phones associated with each one. From here, you can opt to make a payment, set up Auto Pay, or select a phone number to view detailed plan, feature, and usage information. You can also upgrade your phone and add a line to your account.
Payments
Visit view your account to see the amount due and due date, set up or change your Auto Pay preferences, or pay via credit or debit. (To use a Cricket Refill, or Service Payment card, you’ll need to visit Quick Pay).
Reset or change password
Most of us visit numerous websites and use multiple apps each day. It's no wonder we can't keep our usernames and passwords straight! Just click here to easily reset or change your password.
Billing History
Visit view your billing and payment history to review activity over the past 12 months so that you always have a record of your recent transactions.
Just select a date range to see what you paid and when as well as itemized charges for ease of refence. For new customers, note that recent purchases, payments and scheduled plan and feature changes will appear in your next billing cycle.
Usage
Cricket plans include unlimited calls and texts, so we only track high-speed data usage and international add-on calling. Curious how much high-speed data you’ve used this month? Just visit Usage and select the phone number for any device on your account to see current data usage for this device.
Emails and Texts
Stay in the know by subscribing to Cricket emails and texts to receive special offers and more. Managing the texts and emails you receive is easy. Just visit Manage Texts or Manage Emails to opt in or out of emails and texts from Cricket or other third party vendors. You will be able to manage this function or add emails for all lines on your account.
Unlock Your Device
For assistance unlocking your device, visit Unlock Your Phone. Select request unlock to choose which device you would like to unlock.
Plans & Services
Click here to log in and find out exactly what’s included in your plan. Then add or remove features as necessary.
Update My Billing Address
Making a move? Never miss a payment by keeping your billing address up to date here. Just sign in to your account to see your current billing address. To make updates, click edit address to enter your new street address, city, state and zip code.
Account Settings
Need to reset your voicemail passcode, sign up for Cricket emails, or manage streaming settings? This is the place. You can also change your account password and turn Account PIN security on or off as necessary.
How do I Change My Account Info?
There are several ways you can change your Cricket account info:
- Sign In online and select the information you would like to view or update.
- Open your myCricket App, sign in to access Account Settings and tap the gear icon at the top right corner to access the information you would like to update.

Leave a shared wireless account (victims of domestic violence in NY)
Victims of domestic violence in New York can leave a multiline account without incurring fees or penalties. The multiline account must have a New York billing address and the user leaving the account must be a resident of New York.
To leave a multiline account:
