Want to add or change your plan features? That's easy! Visit manage your account or log on to the myCricket App to add or change your plan features. Changes to your features made online take effect immediately, or you can choose to have your changes start on the first day of your next monthly cycle via the myCricket App.
Scheduling Feature Changes
A few things to keep in mind when scheduling changes to begin at the start of your next bill cycle:
- You can make as many feature changes to your plan as you wish if you want the changes to take effect immediately.
- Only one feature change transaction or plan change per phone number can be scheduled to start at the next billing cycle.
- Tip: Changes should be scheduled prior to 3 days before the start of your next month's service.
How Features Work
Monthly Features
- Monthly features are recurring, meaning each bill cycle you will pay for the feature and be able to use it. This is the popular option for features such as international plans.
- Sometimes you need a feature like international calling or a gig of high-speed data for just a month or two. One-time features are added and charged once, and do not restart when the next bill cycle begins.
- You can make changes right on your device through the myCricket App.
Online Account
- Manage your account.
- From this page, you will be able to Make a Payment, Manage Auto Pay or select from other options like upgrade my device or plan, see account settings or add mobile hotspot under the Quick Actions box on the right hand of the page.
myCricket App
- Open the myCricket App and sign in.
- Tap Manage Your Lines, then select a line.
- Tap Edit Plan. Enter your four-digit PIN (if prompted) and tap Next.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Skip to Manage Features.
- Under Manage Features, select the feature(s) you'd like to edit, add, or remove. Remember, you can have only one international feature per line per billing cycle. If you want to add a different one, you'll need to remove your current international feature first.
- If you want this feature for the current billing cycle only, select Once. Otherwise, select Monthly.
- Tap Continue to review your changes, then select Checkout.
- Schedule your feature change for today or the start of your next billing cycle. Tap Continue.
- If your change is scheduled for today, enter your credit card information, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Tap Submit Payment.
- If you scheduled your change to be effective at the start of your next bill cycle, tap Submit Changes.
You'll receive payment confirmation on the screen and via text message.
