*Payments are due on or before the account's due date by 11:59 p.m. Central time. The Reactivation Fee applies to suspended accounts that are reactivated within 59 days after the due date. On the 60th day, the account will be canceled and can't be reactivated.
**Fee Exclusions: The Customer Assistance Fee does not apply to payments made in Cricket stores in Connecticut or Vermont, and the Automated Phone System Payments Fee does not apply to payments made to accounts with a Connecticut billing address.
