Yes, the Cricket Wireless subscription from Amazon (“Program”) will be shutting down and all active customers will be migrated to a Cricket customer account where you will pay Cricket directly for your monthly service.
All active Program customers will be migrated on 05/29/24. You will be moved to the Cricket Unlimited $55 rate plan, which includes unlimited talk, text, and data, but does not include hotspot data. For all data usage, speeds may be slowed if the network is busy. You may choose to switch to a different rate plan after the migration.
As a Cricket customer, you will have the ability to change rate plans, add features, add additional lines to the account and change your bill cycle directly with Cricket. You will pay Cricket directly for your service. You will also be able to manage your account using the myCricket app.
