Trading in your old phone is a smart decision that brings big benefits to new and existing Cricket customers:
-
Financial: Trade in your old phone to earn a service credit up to its trade-in value, which can be applied to future payments.
-
Environmental: Recycling your old phone reduces electronic waste, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
The Device Trade-In program is managed by Asurion, who takes care of everything from start to finish.
You can stay informed on the latest status of your trade-in on Asurion's Self-Service Portal.
How the trade-in process works
Got an old device lying around the house? Asurion will take it off your hands and give you a Cricket service credit. That’s a win-win for all.
The credit value depends on various factors such as device model, condition, storage capacity and other factors. Follow the steps below to get an estimated value by using the self-service portal. Once the device is received and verified by Asurion, customers can earn a service credit that can be used towards future Cricket service.
