Steps to View Billing History

You can view your billing history over the last 12 months through your Online Account or MyCricket app. If you are a new customer, you will be able to see billing history after you’re first month of service is complete.
 
Online Account

1. Click SignIn at the top of the web page in the navigation bar
2. Scroll down and click on Billing History
3. Sign into your account using your current phone number and password.
4. Select the date range by month to view billing history for that time.
5. You will be able to view and print a summary of all usage and associated charges during this date range for phones.

MyCricketApp

1. Open your myCricket App and sign in.
2. Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on View My Billing History. 
4. Select the date range by month to view billing history for that time.
5. You will be able to view and print a summary of all usage and associated charges during this date range for phones.
