Here’s How to Get a Refund!

Start return request.

Submit your return request online within 7 days of receiving your order. If you received your order more than 7 days ago, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.

Ship equipment.

We will send you a pre-paid label to use when you send your item(s) back to Cricket.

We will inspect your equipment.

The inspection will determine refund eligibility.

Refund notification.

If your refund is approved, we will notify you by email and credit your original payment method.
