Cricket 5G service is available on all plans.

5G+ is enhanced coverage found in larger cities and event venues. It can be accessed with a standard 5G phone and compatible plan. You can read more about 5G+ here.

Max with Ads

Max with Ads:  Access the Max with ads plan through the Max app on compatible devices (sold separately) or on max.com using a compatible browser with your Cricket login credentials. Data rates may apply for app download/usage. Refer a Friend Month

*Refer A Friend: Limited time. To get credits, Current Cricket customer (“Referrer”) must send Refer A Friend link to non-Cricket customer (“Friend”). Friend must enter valid email address via link to receive referral code, then activate a new line of service on a new Cricket account using the code. Code expires 30 days after receipt. Enter code at time of eligible activation or after activation but before code expiration. Referrer receives $35 credit and Friend receives $25 credit to wireless plans after Friend maintains 60 consecutive days of eligible service. Limits: Excludes Cricket and affiliated employees and employee discount holders. Credit applies only to monthly wireless plan charge and expires when associated Cricket account is canceled. Watch Plan

Cricket Smartwatch Plan: Requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later and eligible Cricket phone plan (min. $30) on same account. Limits: Port-in not available. Not combinable with Multi-Line Discount, Auto Pay Credit, or certain other offers. NumberSync: Must complete NumberSync setup with compatible iPhone for watch to have access to the Cricket cellular network. U.S. only. Max 5 watches synced to one iPhone simultaneously. Multi-Month Unlimited Plan Details

Multi-Month Unlimited: Online only.Requires single-line account and full payment at time of activation ($120 for 3 months of service or $300 for 12 months of service; or $75 for first 3 months of service for new customers only). Payment is not refundable in whole or in part. Plan cannot be changed or canceled until the last 30 days of the selected Multi-Month period. A 4G LTE, GSM-compatible smartphone is required for activation. Limits: Not combinable with multi-line accounts, AutoPay Credit, device discounts, Bridge Pay, or add-on features. Any Affordable Connectivity Program benefit, if available, will apply once per Multi-Month period (not monthly). Data Restrictions: For all data usage, Cricket may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy. Mobile hotspot data not included.
Video Streaming: Plan does not include the Video Management feature. We aim to render streaming video in standard-definition (max speed of 1.5 to 2 Mbps) though some video cannot be identified. Sometimes, other content that content providers bundle with streaming video may be impacted and slowed, including downloads. In certain situations, we may deliver video content faster or at higher definition. Details at cricketwireless.com/videomanagement.
Mexico and Canada: Includes unlimited calling/texting within Canada & Mexico and between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Also includes use of data from your plan while in Mexico & Canada. AT&T Secure Family

*If you cancel your AT&T or Cricket wireless service and log out of Secure Family, you will not be able to log back in.  Logging out will not stop Secure Family charges. To stop further charges, you must to the Google Play or Apple App Store and cancel your Secure Family service.
